Welcome to the HeyHero early-registration site. Using this site is subject to the following terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
1. What this site is
This site presents marketing information about the HeyHero app, which is under development, and lets you pre-register for updates. At this stage the site does not enable booking actual services.
2. Early registration
Pre-registering means joining an updates list only. It creates no commitment on our side regarding a launch date, service availability in any specific area, or any commercial terms, and it creates no obligation on your side to use the app. Feature descriptions on this site reflect the planned product and may change before and after launch.
3. Intellectual property
The HeyHero name, logo, lion character, design and all site content are the property of HeyHero. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate details when registering, not to use the site in a way that harms its operation or others, and not to attempt to access systems or data not intended for you.
5. Liability
The site is provided as is. We aim to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the site will run without faults or that the information is error-free, and we will not be liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction.
7. Changes to these terms
We will update these terms from time to time, especially ahead of the app launch. The current version will always be published on this page.
