HeyHero ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains in plain language what information this early-registration site collects, what it is used for, and what rights you have. At this stage the site serves early registration ahead of the app launch.
1. What we collect
When you pre-register, we store the details you chose to share:
- Full name and email address (required)
- Phone, city and service field (only if you chose to fill them in)
- Your chosen interface language and an approximate country derived from your IP address (for language and region fit)
2. What it is used for
The data serves one purpose: letting you know about the HeyHero launch and registration opening in your area, and planning where to expand based on demand. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
3. Where it is stored
Details are stored in a secured database on Supabase cloud infrastructure with strict access controls. Emails are sent via the Resend service. Both providers follow accepted security standards.
4. Cookies
The site uses only essential cookies for operation: remembering your interface language and your cookie-banner choice. Anonymous analytics (Vercel Analytics) load only with your explicit consent, and you can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the site.
5. How long we keep it
Early-registration details are kept until the launch program completes or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
6. Your rights
You can contact us at any time to review, correct or fully delete your data. Write to hero@emode.app and we will handle the request promptly.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy is updated (for example ahead of the app launch), the updated version will be published on this page with a new update date.
